This is not an official race, rather a self-paced cycling event.
Helmets must be worn at all times…even when using the washrooms.
Wearing the official event jersey is mandatory if you received one.
It allows us to identify who is registered for the event and whom we will support in the ride.
Always remain in single file.
Always keep to the right of the yellow line.
Passing on the other side of the yellow line will NOT be tolerated.
When riding in the Thousand Islands Parkway you must ride in the bike lanes.
No rider should be on the Parkway road.
Stop at all traffic lights (there are very few)!
Follow the Highway Traffic Act. Respect other riders and vehicles on the road.
We must do our part sharing the road!
Stay hydrated and be prepared for all weather conditions.
Pay attention at all times!
